Palmetto is in Manatee County on this note because that is the ordinary county for the city name, not because a surveyor checked the lot. The rows below are the ones on the Florida Sunsets weekly file. OpsWatch has not cleared them. A candidate page match, where one was fetched elsewhere, is not confirmation the home is available.

Palmetto's three rows are all Manatee County and all south of the Skyway. Jasmine Avenue is the odd price, $1,500 on the file, one bedroom, 950 square feet, Jennifer Clark of Triple S Mobile Home Sales. The two Bayshore Road units are $4,500 and $8,900, both two bedrooms and two baths on the file, with Integrity Mobile Homes on one and Mobile Home Sales by Jennifer on the other. Unit 260 leaves the square footage blank. Do not copy 912 from unit 702 into that blank.

Bayshore Road also shows up on Dreams at a different number. That row met a size test. These three met a map test. The street name is not a merger.
