About Florida Sunsets
Darin Chamberlin has flipped houses for 40 years. For five of those years the work has included mobile homes. It has not been 40 years of mobile-home flipping. He is not a licensed Florida broker. Florida Sunsets does not publish a deal count, a profit, a testimonial, or a claim that he lives in Florida. The background is here so buyers and sellers can see why the guides fuss over lot rent, park approval, and title.
Florida Dreaming is a Landforms Design Inc project and a matchmaker. It connects people who are buying, selling, or inheriting a mobile home with local professionals when an introduction makes sense. No broker has agreed to take these leads. Brenton Basinger of Florida Mobile Home Solutions, based in Hudson in Pasco County, is the person Darin wants to talk to first, and Darin wants that north-Tampa-Bay area included in coverage. That is not a DC Approved selection and not a contract. The seal on the home page is a brand mark only.
The five location ideas Darin is considering are the Pensacola coast, a radius around the Villages, Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg down to Fort Myers, Naples, and the Keys and Miami. No brand has been mapped to them. Florida Sunsets keeps its existing rule until he chooses.
Send a lead
Send the details below through the same lead relay used on our other sites. It goes to the business inbox until a DC-approved broker is in place. No broker has that label yet. A relay reply is not proof the inbox received it, and it does not schedule a callback or record a call.
Call Now uses the same line as our other sites. This page does not promise a recording, a return call, or a broker assignment.
