Fort Myers, Lee County, has five Sunsets rows. Four of the seller lines read Sandra Bergman of Cove Communities: Daquiri Court, Quanto Court, Kala Court, and Rio Court, with file prices from $5,000 to $9,900 and sizes between about 1,144 and 1,456 square feet where the file filled them in. Temple Drive is the different name, Joanne Lose of Barefoot Realty Group, $8,000 and 864 square feet. Repeating Cove Communities is a reason to ask whether those lots are one operator. It is not a finding that they are, and it is not a rent quote.

Lee County is south of the Skyway, so Fort Myers belongs under the current Sunsets rule with or without a future regional label. Naples, farther south in Collier, is not on this file. This page does not borrow Fort Myers rows to stand in for Naples.
